Ok Let's get some things straight because there is a lot of BS flying around this stupid site. KA is still top tier, not because of their dudes, but because greek life kinda sucks now so there is really no one moving up or down anyway. Theta Chi is not middle tier. No matter what way you look at it, their social schedule, their rush, their philanthropy, they are all kind of subpar. No matter how many times people push them up on this site it doesn't make a difference in the real world. They are still going to be considered a joke. Sig Nu is not moving up or down. Last year was detrimental to them because half of their membership dropped and a lot of them were displaced. All of it was unfair, but that does not mean they are not recovering, but in no way do you jump up two tiers after a year like that. The hate on ATO, Tep, Zeta Psi and pike is ridiculous. All of these chapter are good/great and almost all of them have good houses and its not like they bother anyone or try to say that they are better than anyone else so lay off and let them do them. Greek life is in fact dying and everyone hating on this site does not make it any better. Let the chapters do their thing and work together and maybe greek life can back to where it was 2/3 years ago.
