First off, making quota plays no part in the strength of their sisterhood (the main point of going Greek). For possible COB purposes, SK, SDT, ADPI, Tri Delta, and DPhiE were all under quota, some by more and some by less. And not all those 5 will do COB, it all depends on each chapters recruitment team.
