Completely agree with above poster. Don't listen to this tier stuff. All the girls I am friends with joined different sorororities and they are happy where they ended up. The ones that worried about tiers ended up dropping Because they weren't open minded to the sororities that they got invited back to. The ones that dropped regret doing so. They saw how much fun everyone was having (especially with that big/little stuff) and I definitely think they realize they would have been ok no matter where they ended up.
