sororities at umd that haze will get in trouble and it will result in somo of some sort of disciplinary action. Every sorority does some sort of "hazing", by definition hazing can be considered making a group of people meet at the same time. So yes in most sororities you'll meet with your new member class and your new member educators weekly or however it ends up being scheduled, but do not be worried about hazing as you might have heard or seen anything about it in the movies. Also fraternity and sorority new member processes are very different so don't freak out about having to do any dumb crazy stuff! The new member process is just about getting to know your sisters and what your sorority values:) don't stress
