If you're a business minor or trying to do something pre-health related, AKPsi and DEM alway seemed super close to me from the outside and I think they throw their own small parties as well. Both are Co-ed. You might also want to try APO. They're a co-ed service fraternity with a decent amount of people who are also in Greek Life. They also have formal, parties, and dateds. I would go to whatever rush events they have and feel thier vibes.
