As an un-biased opinion, I think it is fair to compare what Beta was a couple years ago to what they are now. They have gone from a chapter without a house to one with one and they have gone from a very small chapter to one that now have over 70 guys. Regardless of their social standing I think you have to acknowledge how far they have come in only a couple of years,
