Honestly the tiers are somewhat accurate if you are going by looks and popularity... girls tend to rush when they are freshmen so obviously they are still in the high school mindset... the girls that were cool/popular in high school and are hot all stick together to form the top tier, girls who weren't popular etc stick with their respective groups. the groups from high school transcend into college and that's where we get the high school mindset and tiers. With that being said, if you look at the tiers, KD is not top house. The girls in theta and alpha phi are significantly hotter and cooler than KD girls.
