If you are talking about participation and sisterhood, then yes a really great pledge class could boost a chapter just like getting negative people and those that don't want to help with anything could hurt a chapter. Unfortunately the only thing on this site you will see people making their rankings based on are looks and the ones doing that are not people you want to listen to. Just remember that.
