This is more for the mid tier people but my question is if you have friends in top tiers how does that work? I feel like I can't be friends with anyone in an organization that thinks I'm less of a person entirely because of letters. We dance around the topic but we all know top tiers legitimately think we're lesser of a person enough to not want to associate with us and most of the time entirely because of letters...so how are you friends with those people with that in the back of your mind?
