This is pretty much how it goes. Go around and see each chapter for yourself and pick the one you vibe with best and you'll be the happiest, instead of basing it off this site. And for the off-campus ones, I would just stay away. There's a lot of perks of being recognized and you'll miss out on all of that if you join a soon to be non existent off campus frat.
