Just no chance kappa sig should be that high. If you feel the need to move someone up move up zeta psi or possibly sig nu. Zeta psi and Ato both are so much better socially and are at least as active in the rest of Greek life. If you've actually hung out with those frats you know that this is true. Alpha sig has been killing it lately in the more constructive aspects of Greek life but their social scene is very irrelevant.
