Yes KBG isn't part of the National Panhellenic Council, But that doesn't stop you from joining/cooperating with the local panhell on campus. You've clearly never even talked to the other sororities. The panhell at Uwaterloo doesn't even have a bank account to charge dues and fines lol so that can't be why you didn't join. They only ever get together to help recruitment and because they work together KKG and AOII always has a solid fall class. WUSA (the student union) at Uwaterloo are the ones who place restrictions. UWaterloo don't recognize individual groups but they do recognize Greek Council - and as long as GC equally promotes the different groups/doesn't haze, GC does what they want. Groups like KBG who don't affiliate with WUSA/GC/panhell just make it difficult for those who do. I get that you recruit from all the different schools so UW rules matter less to you but come on. You also don't have to put others down to raise yourself up. When you say that the panhell sororities don't facilitate sister bonding as much as your method - that is just wrong. The Uwaterloo only sororities and frat has generated a strong community on a campus that struggles with human connection.
