Phi Delt rising? Whaaa? If anything I think they tanked. They only had one guy rushed. It was so bad. K Sig is still at the top with Sigma Pi along with Beta. Acacia is mid or low-bottom tie with Phi Delt. I still think PSS, TSP are top. AOII is mid, rising kind of. DphiE at bottom. Also, all this tier stuff is subjective depending on who you ask and what sorority they are in.
