The best frats at mines are definitely beta, sig ep, and sae. Kappa was up there but they have been going downhill in the last year and a half (mostly because they seem like they don’t care about anything other than drinking-not even socializing with other people outside the frat). The top 3 frats are different but good in their own ways.
