This is the most accurate ranking. Anybody disputing it is just trying to put their house higher because everybody is always chasing the next best tier(cuz it's not like Tri Delt is trying to one up kappa) based on how they recruited last year and how they will recruit this year. DG and APhi chase Kappas top spot. Theta vs. ChiO. With the middle houses things have changed up a bit. I think Gphi can pass Pi Phi and KD can try and turn into a "Gphi type house." ADPi and AXO have dropped and are chasing KD now.
