The only ones I know of that do are the ones doing winter and/or spring rush because they need more girls. This year, that was Tri Delt, AGD, and AXO. Tri Delt is for sure the bottom house at ucla, but they have a lot of nice girls. I wouldn't suggest joining unless you're ready to get called a whale and turned down by a lot of frat guys as soon as they hear what house you're in. AGD and AXO both seem to be improving though. AXO's pledge class went HARD this past year, and they definitely made some stronger ties with the frats. They're also more attractive than the older girls in the house and seem to care more about their reputation. AGD is still pretty new so they got a really mixed bag of girls. Some are cute, some are... well, not. From all the ones I've met, they seem to have a big mix of personalities, whereas the more established houses have more similar girls. I know a couple of their officers, and they seem to be big on sisterhood. I'd go for AGD if you're looking for a strong sisterhood and AXO if you're looking for a good time.
