Kappa is a third tier house here. PERIOD. DG is even WORSE. Theta is weak but they are considered top along with Pi Phi, Alpha Phi and Chi o. The Last 2 houses suck in the Pac 10 and the western US but UCLA is different. At USC it's more typical-DG, PI PHI, KAPPA, THETA like most every other school
