The house itself is decent. Clean, but nothing special about it. The guys are alright. Some are kind of weird and I don't really get much of a "frat" vibe from any of them, but some definitely try to make that impression. They have a dry house policy so they don't throw Thursday night parties, but they'll go to off-campus sites and drink there I've heard.
