Gphi and Pi Phi are almost opposite types of houses but they have a lot of cross-preffing and are the same tier-wise. GPhi: Usually people don't feel too strongly about GPhis in terms of loving them or hating them. They definitely party even though they're known as the house that is boring (they pride themselves on being sooooo classy when in actuality they're not that classy - I've seen girls get down at parties and been shocked that they are GPhis). Some girls could be in DG and Kappa (especially in their new pc), but some girls could be in KD or ADPI. Definitely mixed but solid upper-middle house. They don't have outrageous or that fun of personalities but they're pretty involved. They are known as the ones you wife up, not exactly the fun hook up girls. They do stuff and are close with Beta, Lambda, and Sig Nu. Pi Phi: Pi Phis are the opposite as GPhis in that people either love them or hate them. Their new pledge class was really good looking (definitely girls who could be in top tier). Pi Phis are known to be crazy and it's true. There's definitely girls who are nuts and guys know that. That being said, it doesn't really deter that many guys from hooking up with them despite their personalities. These girls think they're pretty hot and most of them are decently good looking. Does stuff with a lot of different frats. Will do stuff with ZBT and Sig Ep and then Beta and Lambda. They aren't specifically close with one frat or another. Also solid upper middle-tier house.
