I agree with this to an extent. I'm not in a house but hang out with a lot of sorority girls. Kappa may be doing a better job at rush now but the girls they tend to recruit as just looks and no personality. I also think Alpha Phi has rushed #1 for 3 years in a row now so it'd be interesting to see if their new pledge class can continue that too. Theta is definitely slipping through the cracks and chi-o is definitely going on up if they can retain members. DG should do well this year in rush too.
