Kappa- Got the best Fall pledge class hands down. Tons of beautiful fun girls. With that being said, knowing that they were the best class may have gone to their heads, as many freshmen are known to be a bit conceited. They should dominate rush again, as long as they can remember to care more about their personalities, and less about their good looks. Overall, top house. Alpha Phi- Still a contender for top house. Similar to SAE, they have had pretty great pledge classes in the past, but now all those girls have graduated. Each of their classes has their handful of hot girls, but may be slipping because they can be considered as fake. They could take over the top house spot again after this fall, but they’ll have to compete really hard with Kappa & DG. Otherwise, a really solid house. DG- May be taking Alpha Phi’s place after this Fall. DG has consistently been getting hotter & better pledge classes. Girls in this house are pretty down to earth and like to party but can also be a little too bro-y and sloppy. Should be interesting to see how their most recent pledge class will affect their rush this year. Theta- Can’t really be considered top tier at all anymore. This house really has a mixed bag of girls, looks-wise. Many are active on campus and in classes, but pretty boring and stuck up at the same time. Pi Phi- A handful of hot girls but all party way too hard & are known as a bit crazy. While they might be fun at events, their party hard reputation
