Ok ladies. Why are you supporting your own objectification by allowing males to assign you a rank based on your hotness? How could this possibly serve you? Too many girls dropped out of rush because they were not asked back to the "top" are going to miss out on the joys of sisterhood simply because they have bought into a misogynistic ranking system. (based on how f-able the guys deem them to be) to determine which group of women they feel are worthy of joining. This is not what sisterhood is about. The guys don't operate like this - but they love that you do because gives them power and control over your self esteem. I have read so many girls sugfesting there should be more spots at top houses..c'mon ladies you got into UCLA - use your brains. Imagine if 100 of the women who were turned away from the top sororities decided to join the ranks of the sororities they (incorrectly) deem to be lower tier... by their own belief system their doing so would not only serve to elevate those sororities in their minds but would allow more women to enjoy the benefits of sisterhood. Isn't that the point of all this? Ladies stop allowing the males to determine who of you has what degree of value and start appreciating the value that all women hold rather than judging and diminishing one another. If you all chose to elevate one another as sisterhoods should, every single sorority would serve and celebrate more women and be stronger as a result.
