Agreed here. Pi phi isn't as high as everyone thinks. I think their previous reputation has followed them, but it's not reality anymore. Adpi and gphi have kicked some ass, aren't really bottom anymore... Idk I always thought there's only a true bottom three, like what you listed. Chi o has always been stable in that position. It's hard to sort out the middle, there isn't really a huge drastic difference between any house.
