Hey, I'm hoping to go to UCLA next fall if I get in next month and was interested in joining a frat. I thought I'd do some research on various sites and here and I see people posting all these ranks and going back and forth so I was curious? What makes a frat top tier, or mid tier or etc.? What is the difference in the types of activities they do both social and philantrophic? Any input would be appreciated thanks.
