As usual this site is all BS self ranking. Kappa and DG have always been the best at UCLA. Theta is right there too. Just depends on what house you like. Alpha Phi has gone from a mid tier house 10 years ago to a top house. Don't know how that happened, wish we knew their recruitment secrets from nationals, cause they are seriously right there with Kappa and DG now.
