pretty sure if you're already initiated into Zbt you dont need to pledge again because you know all the secrets/ritual. It would just be harder to bond with your brothers in this chapter, go to the house and talk to the guys and see what they say about you joining their chapter officially. You aren't allowed to rush any other houses anyway if you're already in one.
