Kappa and Alpha Phi were 100% tied last year basically it was just personal preference that differentiated the two this year however with Kappas insanely hot pledge class Kappa is in the clear for top house breakdown. top tier 1. Kappa- beautiful, elegant, classy only hang out with/ are close with ZBT and SAE however 2. Alpha Phi- hot overall, not so great of a pledge class, only hang out with sig ep and some with sig chi 3. DG- either super hot girls or average, purely ZBT obsessed however 4. Theta- seniors and juniors are very hot but the sophomores and freshmen are just okay. float around all the top houses
