agd is the newest house on the row which just automatically means it’s harder to build up frat relations! also agd is relatively new on the west coast and lacks regional alumni support to help build up the house, which is why you see agd at lower tiers at other schools here. they haven’t had the best luck increasing their rank through rush, so they usually end up getting a wide mix of girls (looks and personality), which is why they get ranked lower. there are a ton of amazing girls in the house who love it there, but just remember that ranks are built to fit the cookie cutter mold of skinny and (predominantly) white conventionally attractive girls which is why they’re mostly BS. when you rush just go where you feel most at home! :) at the end of they day, you can be terribly unhappy in a top house you don’t vibe with or make some of your best friends in a “bottom” house
