1. ZBT- fratty hottest guys can be douchey if u don't know them, jock types have great parties always have kappas And DGs over with some alpha Phis thetas and alot of Pi Phis 2. SAE- fratty, older guys are reallyy hot, younger not so much, douchey, jock type also, good parties but always on probation also hang out with kappa and then theta, with some DGs and some alpha Phis, lots of Pi Phis as well 3. Sig Ep- nice guys, so chill, not that fratty, fun parties, not the best looking guys but suuuper close with alpha phi and also theta, see some DGs and some Pi Phis, rarely see kappas 4. Sig chi- try hard to be fratty doesn't work, used as a pregame house by girls, generally shorter with some good looking ppl, parties end early, not particularly close with any one or two sororities but instead get visited by small groups from each top house and used by all people/ girls to pregame the night
