ZBT- current top house at UCLA, Super fratty, Athletic jock types, Alpha males, super hot, best parties along with SAE, close with the top sororities, and off of probation in fall so theyll be raging HARD. SAE- similar to ZBT, really fratty, hot, but always in trouble, been on probation for year and might get kicked off soon (but have been on the verge of getting kicked off for a long time), still on probation in the fall, tight with top sororities thought sig ep- chill guys, nice, not super hot tho but good parties and tight with A phi Sig Chi- Pregame house, try to hard to be fratty but still make it to the top tier
