this has literally been the ranks for the past decade at the least. Aphi, kappa, theta, dg have always been top 4. Pi phi has never been considered a "top tier" in any situation. If you really think pi phi is above any of these houses, let me know why, because I have never heard this until literally I looked on greek rank
