Both houses are filled with buff and athletic kids. They all pretty much look the same. They both drink and party the most out of any other houses and are very well liked by all sororities (although sig ep and sig chi tend to have closer ties with the top sororities). the cons are that ZBT has some weird questionable kids(goobers) in the house and SAE has some douchebags in the house. Still, when not on social probation, these are the top 2 houses at ucla. You can't really go wrong rushing either house but you might want to also check out Sig Ep and Sig Chi if you like to party and are more laid back. They are both also great houses
