I’d say it’s general consensus that kappa has been slipping hard since after their 2016 seniors left and dwindling quality of pledge classes every year after that. I mean just look at them Other houses like dg theta and pi phi just seem to have benefitted from that. A Phi was already solid competition for the number 1 spot before 2016 so they’re solidly top now. Things change if you’re not careful baby
