This is the ranking by tier and it hasn't changed that much for the last three years. Top Tier: ZBT, SAE, Sig Chi, Sig Ep Upper Middle: Lambda, Sig Nu, Beta Middle: Pi Kap, Theta Xi, DTD Lower Tier: DSP, Theta Chi, Triangle, Pike, etc No clue where sig pi belongs, but rushees should look for middle tier or higher. End of story. Every house has its good and bad, find one that fits you.
