As someone with roommates in low tier houses, I think I can give a decent ranking for the rest... As much as you guys hate (and I do too) Theta Xi, id put theta xi and pikapp as lower mid while EN Beta and lambda are upper mid. Following that, theta chi and pike are upper bottom tier while sigma pi, dtd, Aepi, and triangle are lower bottom tier.
