My gf is in a phi and is considering dropping because they made about half their girls remove “a phi” from their Instagram bios and any pics with the letters had to be taken down for rush. The problem is it seems they only let the hot girls keep their name up but the rest have to remove it so new members won’t see they’re in a phi It’s messed up
