Maybe if chi o and beta realized they’re barely rounding out the good houses then they wouldn’t have such an intense pledge process and their members wouldn’t drop before they even get initiated. That’s why they have issues with retention. Not worth going through a tough pledgeship as there’s when there’s better houses who don’t even have tough pledgeships
