Hats off to Alpha Phi. How did you go from a marginal mid house in the 90s, to supposedly one of the top houses at UCLA? I graduated 5 years ago, so I realize ranks can change. But, wow, quite a jump from a house that used to be equilvalent to Gamma Phi, now claiming top through self ranking. I'm sorry, I just dont see it. AT ALL. But your Nationals must give good advice, so kudos to them. UCLA panhellenic over MANY, MANY years has ALWAYS seen Kappa, Theta, and DG as TOP.
