When they have “events” with these good houses it’s because they are paying for the event in full themselves so the girls don’t say no. That’s why they have the highest dues on the row, save sae. It’s common practice that the sorority and fraternity pay half of the costs of events but phi psi to give the illusion that they have events basically make their members pay up to BUY events with good houses. Furthermore as a girl in one of the mentioned houses when we see an event with phi psi we are told they paid for it and when it’s time to go to the busses to the event very few of our girls even go to it. There’s low interest and low turn out as opposed to when we have an event with a top or upper Mid frat So don’t be fooled
