Alpha Phi is a top tier if not the top house and LXA IS our favorite fraternity at least for year 1 and 2 and 3 seniors might prefer other fraternities but those fraternities have been going downhill, fraternities like Sig Ep, SAE, Phi Delt, ZBT and SX have all been going downhill and LXA has leap-frogged over them all
