I was there in the 90s and the above list is pretty accurate for our times too. I don't know how you remember every fraternity and sorority name, let alone the names of the parties but thanks for triggering some good memories! By my time, sae was gone, beta was falling, and phi psi was quickly coming back up after the membership dropped when house was condemned for a year. Sorority list is spot on except that I'd rank pi phi in the top group too.
