how recently has the "top 4" been around? Sig Chi has been up around the top for a while it seems. ZBT looks to have been surging towards the top thanks to their solid president. Too bad nationals made him step down recently. SigEp has okay older guys..they better hope their seeminglyy sick new guys step up to keep this chapter moving in the right direction. SAE has tight older guys, but weak pledge classes has made their spot in that top tier a little shaky.
