Theta Xi is a middle maybe middle top tier house. They have a large pledge class and the creepy seniors are graduating soon. The new guys are social and friendly but not fratty. The house has a good setup for parties and a pool for spring events. They could do a lot worse but they're doing okay this year. Overall, of the new restarted houses Theta Xi is doing the best.
