I posted this earlier in the summer but I will do it one more time for all the potential freshman reading this joke of a website. If you want to rush a "top house" that's going to be there for a while rush Sig Ep, Lambda Chi or Sig Chi. They will be the most selective but if that's what you are looking for go for it. Besides that SAE, Sig Nu, Beta and ZBT are all solid houses as well. Those first three just have the most upward trajectory while ZBT has fallen dramatically from what they used to be and SAE always seems to get a bad rep and plagued by allegations some way or another. Sig Nu and Beta also very solid houses just not as much of your "top house" vibe. At the end of the day they are all solid houses so just find the one that fits you best. Best of luck.
