This makes absolutely NO sense. All you are out is your reg fee if you drop. I'd say take a chance & see if you find a fit. If you do, you have a home for life, friends for life, memories for life. If not, you lose that fee. That's reality. Why make someone feel so insecure about the process? Not everyone is that fragile.
