You have no idea what you are talking about. PNM's disregard. DG is not a top house anymore because of their most recent PC's but they have NEVER been even remotely close to Kappa. Even when they were considered top tier, they were borderline at best. And FYI, both "top tier" & "upper mid" houses have raids & tailgates with top frats...based on this list anyway.
