Honestly, you'll be able to tell what the better houses are during recruitment - the biggest differentiator is the quality of conversations, and you'll get that vibe right away. The rankings above aren't too different from each other or my own opinion, but it'd be a mistake to pick a "higher-ranked" chapter over a house you like better during recruitment. UCLA is about hard-working, smart kids who are going to a top state school. You get a fair amount of awkward kids. But you also get a lot of amazing women, and they are all over the Greek system. Make sure to get into deeper conversations, and make it clear what you are looking for in your college experience and your sorority. Every sorority has a variety of women (from partyiers to non-drinkers, from athletes to engineers, etc.), but some chapters are somewhat more supportive of certain lifestyle choices than others.
