1) bids are given out everyday, but first day bids are rare 2) Most likely you'll still need to spend some time in the house on the second day, but it shouldn't be long, especially if they texted you to come back. However, if you are there all of first day and second day without a bid, you should try to find out if you're gonna get a bid or go somewhere else on the last day. Although some houses might just tell you straight up so you don't waste your time and give you time to check out another house. 3) Bids are given out the third day of rush.
