To whichever sorority is doing so poorly and so worried about rush that they need to lie about theta's position according to rank. Assuming you go to Ucla, you would know fully well that theta has ALWAYS been in the top 4, and has risen to be in the top 2/top 3 this year due to their most recent pledge class being better than a lot of other houses. Do yourself a favor and just accept the truth. I'm not even in theta but I think it's ridiculous when other houses are so desperate to do well during rush that they wrongfully put other houses down.
