The houses have different personalities, so your favorites (whether you're a guy or girl) will depend on lots of factors. However, in general: Upper Tier (in no order): A Phi, DG, Kappa, Theta -They each have their own thing going for them, and varying strengths. DG has been consistent in the 3/4 spot. Someone else on here said (and I agree) that Theta has the hottest seniors and mediocre freshman. Alpha Phi has the hottest sophomores/juniors. Kappa has the hottest freshmen but mediocre seniors/juniors. Hotness is not an indication of the quality of the woman, but generally indicates the strength of recruitment, and when a house recruits well, they generally get the cute and socially competent girls (hopefully women who are both - but again, some houses will prioritize one over the other).
